- Work volume: 878 meters of tunnel phase 1 - 733 meters of tunnel phase 2
- Employer: Khatam Al-Anbiya Construction Headquarters of the Revolutionary Guards
- Execution method: The tunnel in question is in a watershed area, and therefore, excavation operations were carried out using a combination of mechanical methods (using an excavator and drum cutter), traditional, blasting, and semi-mechanized methods using waste smoke. Also, maintenance systems such as shotcrete were used to stabilize the surfaces.
